The BEST Weekend EVER.

I officially had the best weekend ever, thanks to all the women in my life that support and love me. :)  My weekend started on Thursday (more like 1:00am Friday morning) when Sierra, Emily and Anj drove in from Michigan.  It was nice that they were all able to take some more time off of work and school so we could do some serious catching up.  We toured them all over Wheeling, Willow Glen and Oglebay Park on Friday….later ending up staying in a cabin at Oglebay.

Saturday was my bridal shower AND bachelorette party where I truly felt like a bride (and the center of attention for an entire day).  I started the day with a really nice, grown-up party where I got more presents than we can fit in our house (literally) and I will eternally be grateful to Donna, Jess and Lynn for throwing it for me.  The silly games were even kept to a minimum…but the ones that we played were super cute and fun.  Thank you ladies!!!

After the shower, we did the much less grown-up thing and headed up to Oglebay with all my girlfriends that were ready to party.  Note the photo of me being BLASTED with silly string from both sides.  I’m pretty sure that I will be picking that silly string out of my hair for the next week, haha.

It was so nice to see everybody at both gatherings, I think we had 28 women show up to the bridal shower.  I didn’t even know that many people liked me. :)

But in all seriousness…..a HUGE thank you is in order for everybody that had anything to do with this past weekend.  If you planned it, brought gifts, sent gifts, attended or gave me a phone call to say you were thinking about me:  THANK YOU!!  It meant everything to me.
