My Favs on Thursday | Hydro Flask

Jan 16, 2014

It’s Thursday!  Do you know the drill yet?  I’m linking-up with Nicole and Meghan for sharing another of ‘My Favs’.  Join in the linky party if you want to play along!

I think I’ve mentioned my new fandangled water bottle before on here, in pictures on Instagram and basically to everyone I’ve come into contact lately.  I struggle with drinking water.  I seriously have to have water ICE cold otherwise I feel like it tastes like the inside of my mouth and I hate it.

The Hydro Flask has solved all of my problems.  Seriously.  I’m not kidding.  I’m actually drinking water instead of Diet Coke during the work day and I (you might want to sit down for this) like drinking water.  I will fill all glorious 40-ounces of it up with water and ice when I head to work.  And by the end of the day, the water is gone but the ice remains.

The. Ice. Remains.

It hardly melts.  I’m not kidding.  And the best  part is that outside elements don’t affect it so I can have this baby sit in a hot car in direct sunlight and the ice still doesn’t melt.  It’s AH-MAZING.

Oh.  Plus it was available in purple.  So I obviously chose that for my color.  Bennett and I both chose the 40-ounce versions and we got a 18-ounce for Louis with a “sports top” so he can drink from the cap instead of having a wide open spot for him to spill all over himself.

Because if you are three and you spill something on yourself, you will most likely melt and then die.  Unless you change your clothes immediately.  It’s science.

^^Um.  Yeah.  I have purple issues.  And check out the sweet dent I put in my Hydro Flask already.  I dropped it from a VERY high height and it took a big tumble.  Seriously, the fact that this is all that happened to it is amazing…I’m so clumsy it hurts sometimes.

There is no such thing as a purple problem.
