My Favs on Thursdays | #100HappyDays

Jul 24, 2014

My FAVS on Thursdays is a weekly linkup with my girls Nicole and Meghan.  Play along and share with us your favorite thing(s) of the week!

Per usual, I’m a little late to the game on this.  Shocking, right?  All around Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, I’ve been seeing the hashtag: #100HappyDays and finally I looked it up and learned “what it’s all about”.

It’s about nothing…and everything at the same time.  People are taking a 100 day challenge to learn, realize and celebrate all of the wonderful things that make their lives happy.  It’s not about bragging.  It’s not a happiness competition.  And it’s not to make other people jealous.  It’s for you and no one else.

Here are my #100HappyDays photos so far:

Want to join?  It’s easy.  You can check out the rest of the info on this project here: www.100happydays.com and sign yourself up for the challenge.  Or you could be like me and also create a buddy system with one of your besties.  I wholeheartedly appreciate something like this because too many people get stuck in a woe is me lifestyle and forget that they have so much to be happy about.

Follow along with my Happiness Project on instagram: @mckinleykaty  And be sure to start your own!  What makes you  happy?
