My Favs on Thursday | Digital Scrapbooking

I’m e-spending another Thursday with the sweethearts Nicole and Meghan.  Whoop whoop!  Want to join the party? Please do!  Just share you blog post (where you give us your FAVS of the week) in the comments of one/all of our blogs.

I used to be a sucker for scrapbooking, in the traditional way.  I even carried it through to my college days.  I remember having paper spread out all over my dorm room and paper-piecing together all of my party photos from WVU as it was happening.  I used to love it.

But then I discovered the digital side of scrapbooking and my life changed forever.  I love being able to design really fabulous albums without having to buy a million supplies that end up sitting in my paper piles forever.  I’m not as crafty as other people (read: my sister-in-laws) on this side of things.  I do know my way around Photoshop a bit though.  So it the perfect alternative for me.

Enter: Pixel Scrapper.  It’s a digital scrapbookers dream website.  And most of it is free to use, even in a commercial sense.  So amazing.

The papers are my favorite.  I’m not much of an extras kinda gal but they have everything you could possibly need on this one website.  If I could kiss Marisa Lerin, I would.  She has given me an awesome site with an endless amounts of goodies.

So when I use the Project Life templates in Photoshop, along with Pixel Scrapper assets and Blurb.com’s book printing service…I have quite the family of goodies at my fingertips.

How do you keep all of your family memories organized?  Do you scrapbook at all?
