Sunday Lately :: Week 98

Nov 13, 2016

Angelica, Meaghan, Nicole, and myself. We e-hang out every Sunday, sharing a small glimpse into the last week of life in our own worlds. We’d love if you could join us!
This week’s themes: Creating, Finding, Switching, Forgetting, Craving.

Creating. Christmas designs.  And Christmas ornaments.  And other things Christmas.  As well as some new clutches that can be up for grabs.  It’s been a while since I feel like I’ve had some forward progress with Thread and Grain, and I’m hoping this week is going to be super productive.  I also have a wall sale happening with some of my crocheted items in our Facebook Group…head HERE to see them!

Finding. My drive again.  And returning to my planner to actually look ahead and try to get things under control.  A six-week hiatus from normal life has really thrown me out of whack.

Switching. Gears.  We have some big events and things coming up that I am mostly responsible for…so I need to get moving on them.  The one happening now is our launch of the Adopt-a-Family 2016!  We’ve taken on two families this year and would love any help and donations we can get for these families that are a little down on their luck this year.

Forgetting. How awesome it is to have that sweet, childlike innocence that Louis has.  He lost his first tooth yesterday!  Well…he pulled his first tooth.  I am SHOCKED that he did it, to be honest.  But he was so excited.  And a bunch of his excitement was related to the Tooth Fairy.  He was speculating if it was a boy or a girl fairy, what he/she looked like, how he could pretend to be sleeping but have his eyes cracked enough just to watch the tooth-money exchange happen, etc.  It’s adorable.  And he looks so stinking cute with a missing tooth.

Craving. A Starbucks iced coffee, black, with two pumps of Caramel Brulee sauce.  Venti.  Is that specific enough?

Disclosure: As always, you’ll find some affiliate links scattered within my post, which means I receive a small amount of compensation if you end up purchasing something I’ve recommended.  Keep in mind that I link these companies and their products because of their quality and not because of the commission I receive from your purchases. The decision is yours, and whether or not you decide to buy something is completely up to you.  Purchasing from my links does not alter the pricing in any way for you, it simply helps feed my sewing, creating and blogging habits.  Thank you for your support!
