While this blog began as a way to connect with my long-distance family, it slowly morphed into a space for my ultimate artistic past time: SEWING.  Sewing has always been part of my life, I can’t remember a time where I didn’t have access to a machine.  It wasn’t until 2014 when I fell into the wild world of PDF sewing patterns, and learned all about how to create my own apparel.  I went from zero to hero, and now my family trio has entire closets full of, unique, tailored-to-our-measurements, handmade items.  It’s pretty stellar, if you ask me.
