This week’s themes: Completing, Visiting, Repeating, Writing, Scheduling.
Completing. ALL of my planned Easter sewing! Woot! I’m weird and crazy and love to sew coordinating outfits for our trio. But my Momma is with us for Easter (at the White House, WOOT!) this year as well so I wanted to make her something. And then I couldn’t leave Bennett’s Mom out of the equation either…so I made her something as well. So five total tops were sewn, in preparation of Monday’s shenanigans at the Nation’s capital.
Visiting. Uh. Washington DC. Haha. If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll probably be sick of all of the photos. Sorry. Actually, no….I’m not. I love the history, the architecture, and basically everything about this city. And we only get to come once a year, so pictures are happening. Obvs.
Repeating. The phrase, “I’m so excited” over and over. Because I am. My Momma has never been to DC before, so it’s exciting to bring her here and show her around. Plus, we get to bring her to the Easter Egg Roll. And some behind-the-scenes stuff once Mary arrives. And we will also be visiting some monuments and other landmarks. (The weather is supposed to be excellent for all of our exploring too!) Yay!
Writing. Uhhhh….I feel like I should have more to say than “this blog post”. But nope. That’s all I’ve got.
Scheduling. This post a day early. Finally. Way to be on top of things for the first time in a while, Katy. Here’s to better blog planning in April!
