The Charmer Skirt | Free PDF Sewing Pattern

Jul 20, 2026

I’m thrilled to be releasing yet another skirt pattern for y’all! The pattern is completely FREE and fits my Adult Contour Size Chart, in sizes XXS – Plus 5X.

Introducing The Charmer Skirt – your new favorite for flirty, effortless style. This knit sewing pattern comes in four versatile lengths: mini, knee, tea, and maxi, ensuring the perfect fit for any occasion. The flattering A-line silhouette is enhanced by a daring slit up the front, adding a touch of allure and showcasing just the right amount of leg.

Designed with comfort in mind, The Charmer Skirt features a knit, yoga-style waistband that sits smoothly on your waist, providing all-day comfort without compromising on style. With this download, you will receive an easy-to-print, color coded pattern with a NO TRIM page feature.  You will also be able to turn on/off layers so you can print only the size you need.

The files include four print formats: Letter, A4, A0 (printshop), and Projector formats PLUS a full-color, tutorial file that walks you through choosing your size and fabric, the pattern pieces needed, different options you can choose from, and other little sewing tips + tricks that I find helpful. This pattern does not come with written instructions, the construction instructions are given entirely in the video that I have shared below.

I’m excited to see what you make with this pattern!

A Little Backstory: The Charmer Skirt pattern was originally created during a MakerSpace Sewing Retreat. That retreat was all about sewing for fun, trying new things, and just enjoying the process. While MakerSpace has since closed, I didn’t want this project to disappear along with it. I hated the idea of this cute skirt pattern living in storage forever and never seeing the light of day! Bringing it here to the blog feels like the perfect way to give the pattern a new life—and to share a project that’s beginner-friendly, quick, and guaranteed to make you smile.

If you do end up making something with The Charmer Skirt pattern, please tag #wildandwanderfulblog / @wildandwanderfulblog so I can see your brilliant work!

Disclosure: As always, you’ll find some affiliate links scattered within my post, which means I receive a small amount of compensation if you end up purchasing something I’ve recommended.  Keep in mind that I link these companies and their products because of their quality and not because of the commission I receive from your purchases. The decision is yours, and whether or not you decide to buy something is completely up to you.  Purchasing from my links does not alter the pricing in any way for you, it simply helps feed my sewing, creating and blogging habits.  Thank you for your support!
