This week’s themes: Creating, Finding, Switching, Forgetting, Craving.

Creating. Some new designs for the shop.  It’s super fun coming up with new necklaces!  We’ve got two nurse/doctor designs, two Americana designs, a origami T-Rex and a necklace just for the Southern gals.  Yay!

Finding. Cicadas.  In our yard.  All over the trees and ground.  And this is just the beginning.  If I’d known about the “17 year cicadas” when I first agreed to move here with Bennett, I probably wouldn’t have agreed to it.  Oh boy.  Here we go.

Switching. A bunch of stuff around in our house.  As in, complete rooms.  I’ve talked about it several times now…but it’s still happening.  I’m hoping that we can start to make some real progress this week.  Keep all of your fingers and toes crossed for me.  I’d love to be sharing photos of my new sewing room by this time next week.

Forgetting. Everything.  Up until last minute.  Why have I become so scatterbrained over the last couple of weeks/months?  This is going to be another big week with pattern releases, design freebies over at Patterns for Pirates, Louis’ last day of preschool (WAAAAH!), and the kickoff of our Wear to Where? blog tour.  Whoops.  Who let all of that happen in the same week?

Craving. Caffeine.  Is that a legit craving?  Because I am.
