This week’s themes: Planning, Loving, Reading, Wishing, Feeling.
Planning. Our attack for next weekend. Thread & Grain is going to be a vendor at the Wheeling Arts & Culture Festival and we have zero time to get everything together. So this week will be a last minute scurry to fill a booth that will be shop-able for two days and tons of people. Send your happy thoughts our way, I will be extra neurotic this week while trying to get it all together.
Loving. How my storage space in my new studio is coming together. I’m finally having enough room to actually organize all of my fabrics, shirts, and supplies. THANK GOD. And look how pretty all of my wovens look when they’re nicely put away!
Reading. Um. Nothing. As always (so embarrassing.) However, I did make some new necklaces for the reading and writing lovers. Does that count?!?! The pencil and book necklaces turned out super cute.
Wishing. I’d done better on my wrangling of the pleather with my new purse. Sigh. The straps are a little wrippled and I’m not happy about that. However, the cuteness of the strawberries and blueberries on the fabric makes up for all of my topstitching disaster.
Feeling. Pretty smitten. Bennett’s and my 7th anniversary is tomorrow. And while we don’t do gifts or anything huge, we will be heading out for a dinner date for just the two of us. It’s been a pretty wild seven years, and the one steady thing has always just been the two of us (and Louis as well). No seven year itch here!
