Not gonna lie. Kinda glad it’s over. I’m exhausted, haha. It’s a wild week for me with having five consecutive days of releases to our 152K+ sewing community members. Lots of excitement, lots of questions, lots of being online. It’s a lot. But don’t get me wrong…it’s also super fun. I have a blast coming up with ideas for sewing patterns and freebies that people can use for their holiday gifts. It’s quite the challenge for me!
Today, I’m sharing the Snowfall Shrug. It’s a little cutie that I came up with that happens to be a one-size, zero waste sewing pattern for a “batwing” style shrug / bolero.
Have you ever used a zero waste pattern before? They’re so clever because every inch of the yardage gets use, resulting in zero scraps of fabric to toss!
In the case of the Snowfall Shrug, the piece that you cut out for your sleeve opening becomes your sleeve cuffs. So fun, right?
