Well really, let’s call this a “recipe”.

Louis and I wanted to make cookies the other night but we hardly had much for ingredients in the house.  BUT, we did have Funfetti cake mix.  And apparently that’s all we needed to make some incredibly delicious cookies.

All you need is:
— 1 box Pillsbury Funfetti Cake Mix
— 1/3 cup apple sauce (you could use vegetable oil but I prefer to use apple sauce if I have it for all baking things)
— 2 eggs

Mix all three ingredients together in a bowl until all of the dry ingredients are wet.  Line a baking sheet with wax paper so they don’t stick while baking, and spoon small balls of dough onto your pan.  Bake in a 375degree preheated oven for 6-8 minutes or until cookies are a light brown.

This next step is up to you.  You can throw some icing and sprinkles on them like we did.  They are perfectly fine without them but it’s always nice to have even more sugar.  Right?  (Right?!)  Let them cool and then try not eating them all in one sitting.  Because they’re delicious.  And you probably worked hard today so you deserve a little indulgence.  I’m sure!
