My Favs on Thursdays | Sew Fab Winter Women's Bundle

Dec 11, 2014

My Favs on Thursdays is a weekly linkup that I co-host with my girls Nicole (Designs by Nicolina) and Meghan (Hayes Days).
What is your favorite thing this week?  Don’t forget to add your link to the bottom of this post.
You guys.  I feel like a million bucks.  I was chosen to test for TWO different brand, spankin’ new sewing patterns that just hit the rest of the world as part of the Sew Fab Bundle.  Seriously.  I might never come down from this high.

What is the Sew Fab Bundle you ask?  It is a one-time shot at getting a bunch of totally awesome sewing patterns from indie designers at a huge, ginormous discount.  Seriously.  Ten never before released patterns for $29.95.  It’s a steal!  In the past, the patterns have sometimes already been released and they cover a really broad range of patterns (children, adults, etc) but this year, they decided to change things up a bit and do one big theme.  That theme just happens to be my favorite type of sewing: Women’s clothing.
Call me selfish.  I totally love sewing for myself.  And I looooove sewing with knits.  Love it.  I am knit obsessed.
I’ll be sharing more about the specific patterns that I’ve tested.  (They were the Extraordinary Girl Shirt by Filles a Maman and the Off-the-Shoulder Dress & Peplum by EYMM.)  I ADORE both patterns.  And the women who made them.  And the community of sewers that I got to spend some e-time with and sew alongside.  It’s been such a fun experience.
You can see more of the details related to each pattern [HERE].  And I don’t mean to toot my own horn…but both patterns have pictures of me either on the cover or as part of the description.  It kinda makes my heart swell extra sizes to realize that these awesome women have thrown me a bone and let me test for them.  I hope they keep me in consideration for their next pieces!  I’m totally on board!
Go get the Sew Fab Bundle and don’t drag your feet!  It’s only available at this crazy discount until December 15.  You still have time but not much!!

Disclosure: As always, you’ll find some affiliate links scattered within my post, which means I receive a small amount of compensation if you end up purchasing something I’ve recommended.  Keep in mind that I link these companies and their products because of their quality and not because of the commission I receive from your purchases. The decision is yours, and whether or not you decide to buy something is completely up to you.  Purchasing from my links does not alter the pricing in any way for you, it simply helps feed my sewing, creating and blogging habits.  Thank you for your support!
