This week’s themes: Doing, Appreciating, Designing, Humming, Expecting.

Doing. Lots of exploring Pittsburgh with our friends yesterday!  Louis’ galpal from school and her parents invited us to the “Big Bad Wolf” play at the Byham Theater.  We followed it up with lunch at Everyday Noodles (YUM!), a trip to the Carnegie Science Center, and then dinner out of town at a pizza joint.  Holy cats did we have fun.  We slept HARD last night, that’s for sure.

Appreciating. My ability to get back on the horse.  I blogged two days last week that weren’t Sunday Lately.  As much as I love SL (and the fact that it keeps me coming back here), I have really been needing to get back on the blogging wagon.  By forcing myself to sit and write a couple of things, I’ve found a new drive.  Thank god.

Designing. Looooots of new things.  Like, new new.  But I can’t talk about them yet and it’s KILLING ME!!!

Humming. THIS from Meghan Trainor.  Listen…I don’t really want to love her.  But she has a great voice.  And I do love her style.  And now that she’s a redhead, I’m beginning to wonder if she’s my spirit animal a bit.  Or maybe at least my style spirit animal.  (Also, do people really ask people what their sign is?  As a pickup line?  That happens??)

Expecting. A big week of work ahead of me.  I’ve got so much slack to pick up. AND, we have an insane weekend coming up!!  Friday is a concert in Columbus, Saturday is Steel City COMIC CON, and Sunday is a birthday party.  Woot!!
