This week’s themes: Updating, Remembering, Needing, Wearing, Being.

Updating. My to-do list.  With hopefully achievable things.  We are about to be halfway through the year and I feel like I’m finally starting to get my footing this year.  Sigh.  There has been a lot happening and I’ve been whirring around, pretending to be okay with it.  I need to get my shit together and take over.

Remembering. What it feels like to be so hot you’re a miserable lump.  Sheesh. How did we go from having to wear jackets last week to 80+ degrees this?  I mean, I’m not complaining that summer has finally decided to show around here…but how about maybe getting a teeeeeeeny bit more of a transition from cold to hot?  Maybe?  Like a week in the steady 70’s before you kill me, Mother Nature?

Needing. To go fabric shopping with my Momma today, who is in for the weekend.  That’s a big lie, I don’t really NEED any fabric.  Do I want some though?  Of course I do!  #buyallthefabric

Wearing. Summer dresses and skirts!   Yayyyyyy!!  Summer Without Pants is back in full force!!

Being. So excited about the summer schedule that the City has put out.  I love summer in Wheeling.  There are so many amazing festivals and events.  And I’m looking forward the most to watching The Force Awakens at the riverfront, for one of their outdoor movie nights.  It’s so much fun!
