Somehow, I have a few items floating around from last year that I never ended up posting on here. What a shame! Because they really were worth the share. Which is why I’m sharing them now anyway. (Even if it is a million months later…….ha.)
I seriously cannot believe I didn’t let this top make it to the blog. It’s one of my favorite tops too! For a few reasons.
First: how cute is this fabric? It’s a double brushed poly from Boho Fabrics. As you know, dbp is super soft, super stretchy, and super easy to work with. It has a pretty good drape to it, but still has a decent hand….so you can use it in a multitude of tops. This fabric type is also super popular, and you can find some of the best prints with it as a base.
Second: I always ::want:: an off-the-shoulder top, but I don’t always wear them once they’re made. Because my mom created this monster in me that hates having my bra straps show. But this little hack of adding lace as a cover-up is making all of my off-the-shoulder dreams comes true.
And third: I adore the M4M Stella pattern. I don’t make enough of them, so it’s nice when I remember to add them to my closet.
Pattern: Women's Stella by Made for Mermaids
Fabric: Floral dbp from Boho Fabrics (similar)
Boots: Camel Motorcycle Boots
