Hammer Time with CoordiKnit Nonsense Fabrics :: FREE Shark Cut File!

Apr 7, 2019

FREEBIE ALERT!  If you scroll to the bottom of this post, you’ll find a link to the design that I printed on Louis’ brand new tee.  And I will not apologize for getting “U Can’t Touch This” in your head.

CoordiKnit Nonsense Fabrics sent me this super cute “Feeding Frenzy” shark fabric to play with for Louis.  He, of course, loved it immediately.  Not only is it printed on a super soft cotton lycra base, but it also features multiple shades of his favorite color, and has a camo-like pattern of some underwater creatures.  Louis is such a cute little nerd about critters that live in the sea and I think this fabric is a perfect fit for my nature and science lover.

Of course I can’t leave a good thing alone, and when I saw that there were hammerhead sharks on the print, I immediately needed to make something that said “Hammer time”.  And obviously I couldn’t keep it to myself, so you get it as a freebie as well.  Let’s just say that the song was played a couple of times while I was designing this, and then I had to play it again when I handed the tee over to Louis.

Not surprisingly, he’d never heard the musical stylings of MC Hammer.  But we changed that tonight, friends.  Lou even tried out some of the dance moves he witnessed.

The Basic Tee (the pattern that I used) is swiftly becoming my favorite top pattern for this kiddo.  It’s a slimmer fit and perfect for his personal style choice.  Louis is not a fan of a boxy silhouette, not even for a second.  I personally love the tailored look on him as well.

Also can we just get a full blown “amen” for the weather that is finally changing enough that we can comfortably take outdoor pictures again?  Oh how I missed the sunshine!!

**The download is packaged as four file types:
SVG, DXF, PNG and PDF.

Please do not share the files, claim them as your own, or profit off of my design in any way.  They are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

The decision is yours, and whether or not you decide to buy something is completely up to you.  Purchasing from my links does not alter the pricing in any way for you, it simply helps feed my sewing, creating and blogging habits.  Thank you for your support!
