We have a new Stranger Things OBSESSED fan in our household. It’s adorable how much Louis is taken with the Stranger Things stories. After much debate as our parental team, we allowed him to watch the series with us. Wether or not your child is old enough / ready to watch it is completely up to you. I will provide no assistance or judgement of the decisions you make regarding this, and I’m expect you to do the same.
With this new “biggest fan ever” title comes the need for some new gear to wear. Which is where I step in, for some assistance. Louis helped direct me with a lot of the design work. He wanted something cool. And the Mind Slayer needed to be incorporated somehow. I think we nailed it. How about you?
I’m struggling to decide who exactly my favorite character is in the show. I think it’s a three-way tie between Dustin, Steve and Hopper. Just when I think I love one more than the others, they develop the characters to pull me back in the other direction. Stranger Things has been such an 80’s nostalgic ride for me and I’m unbelievably anxious for Season 4 to be announced. Come on Duffer Brothers, don’t let me down!!
Until we can get more on our screens, at least we can make cute fandom tshirts!
If you’re to make this yourself, I HIGHLY recommend skipping the Cricut or Silhouette brand vinyls and heading straight to the Siser Easyweed brand instead. The price point is usually way better, and I’ve found that Siser vinyl is easier to use and generally has less peeling issues than others do. If you don’t have a store that carries Siser locally (I believe that I’ve been seeing it pop up at places like Michael and JoAnn Fabrics lately), you can grab it on Amazon for some pretty swell pricing.
