Have you ever thought to yourself: I wish I could make my Elf on the Shelf some clothes?
Well guess what? Now you can! Get ready to join the “ridiculous human” category along with me…because once you make one outfit / costume for your elf, you’re going to want to make more. I wish I were kidding!
The pattern is drafted for knit (stretch) fabrics. There are no finishings on the neck openings or hems, but you’re of course welcome to add them if you’d prefer.
The download includes 4 patterns:
- Dolman style top (in long + short sleeve lengths)
- Raglan style top (in long + short sleeve lengths)
- Pants (in short + pant lengths)
- Full Circle Skirt
With this download, you will receive an easy-to-print sewing pattern with all four patterns included in one download.
There is a full step-by-step color tutorial included, to help guide you through your skirt making process, as well as a detailed start-to-finish video tutorial.
I went a little ham while I was creating elf clothing one year, and even ended up creating full blown costumes for the little guy, based upon characters, memes and other things. The sky is kind of the limit with these clothes. I can’t wait to see what you make with them!
And in case you’re looking for some, I bought these teeny shoes for the elf, to help him stand. (Plus I inserted some wire into his torso, arms, and legs so he could be free standing for poses. I told you I went a little hog wild….)
These sweet, sweet high tops came from this Etsy shop: The Red Elf Shop
