As I’m working on finishing up Louis’ winter jacket for this year, I couldn’t help but take a trip down memory lane of all of the jackets I’ve made him. And they all happen to be from one single pattern: the Lumberjack Shirt by Patterns for Pirates.
Seriously, sewing [unique] jackets is one of my favorite things. I think because it’s a staple item, is a little more challenging, and gets worn daily — instead of having to wait for the laundry rotation. I love a good staple pattern too, which I find in the Lumberjack! I can take it as a base and alter it to my liking, to create some really fun, custom items for my little guy. Ready for a trip down memory lane?
Kinda hard to believe that this one pattern made all of those jackets, isn’t it?
