One Pattern, A Dozen Ways | A Recap of the Lumberjack Shirt

Sep 26, 2020

As I’m working on finishing up Louis’ winter jacket for this year, I couldn’t help but take a trip down memory lane of all of the jackets I’ve made him.  And they all happen to be from one single pattern: the Lumberjack by Patterns for Pirates.

Seriously, sewing [unique] jackets is one of my favorite things.  I think because it’s a staple item, is a little more challenging, and gets worn daily — instead of having to wait for the laundry rotation.  I love a good staple pattern too, which I find in the Lumberjack!  I can take it as a base and alter it to my liking, to create some really fun, custom items for my little guy.  Ready for a trip down memory lane?

Kinda hard to believe that this one pattern made all of those jackets, isn’t it?

Some links to the ones I managed to blog:

You can find the pattern on Patterns for Pirates website right HERE.  As you could guess, I highly recommend it for your little one!

Disclosure: As always, you’ll find some affiliate links scattered within my post, which means I receive a small amount of compensation if you end up purchasing something I’ve recommended.  Keep in mind that I link these companies and their products because of their quality and not because of the commission I receive from your purchases. The decision is yours, and whether or not you decide to buy something is completely up to you.  Purchasing from my links does not alter the pricing in any way for you, it simply helps feed my sewing, creating and blogging habits.  Thank you for your support!
